1Membership & Account Registration

To access the full range of Twin33 services, you will need to register a valid account. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, phone number, date of birth and an active email address. Twin33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as your MyKad or passport at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

• A phone number can only be linked to one Twin33 account
• Each email address can only be used for one registration
• A single device or IP address may not have more than one active account
• Accounts cannot be transferred to or shared with another individual
• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your account

2Age Limit & User Eligibility

Twin33 is a betting platform that for individuals aged 18 and above only. We take this responsibility very seriously. All new registrants are required to confirm that they have reached the legal age for betting under local law. Twin33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.

Beyond the age requirement, there are several other eligibility criteria that must be met to use the Twin33 platform:

• You must be a resident of Malaysia or have legitimate access to this platform
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list
• Your account has not previously been suspended or terminated for a terms violation
• You are not betting with funds obtained through unlawful means
• You must not be a Twin33 employee or an immediate family member of one

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Twin33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals straightforward. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

For withdrawals, the standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the method selected and your account verification status. Accounts that have completed KYC verification will benefit from faster withdrawal processing times. Twin33 does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit
• Twin33 reserves the right to request proof of account ownership before processing large withdrawals
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Twin33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements clearly stated in their respective promotional terms. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

Rollover requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• Twin33 reserves the right to void any bonus if its terms of use are breached
• Sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count towards rollover requirements
• Seasonal promotions have stated expiry dates and cannot be extended
• Twin33 reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice

5Betting Rules & Match Results

All bets placed on Twin33 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet details — including team, market type, odds, and amount — are correct before confirming a bet. Twin33 is not liable for any errors made by players during the bet placement process.

Bet outcomes on Twin33 are determined based on the official match results as reported by the relevant sporting body. For Malaysia Super League and EPL football, full-time results at 90 minutes (including injury time) apply unless otherwise stated in the relevant market terms.

• Bets placed after match results have been unlawfully obtained will be voided
• If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from the scheduled kick-off time, all bets will be voided
• Bets placed in virtual sports markets use certified RNG outcomes and cannot be disputed
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate the payout
• Twin33 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors

6Prohibited User Behaviour

Twin33 operates a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, system manipulation, or any behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users found to be in breach of any of the following rules will face strict action, including account closure without compensation.

• Bonus Arbitrage — Creating multiple accounts or using false identities to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Money Laundering — Using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means
• Bet Manipulation — Colluding with others to manipulate outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the odds system
• Use of Bots or Automated Software — Using scripts, bots, or third-party software to automate betting
• Promotion Abuse — Exploiting loopholes in promotional terms in ways not intended by Twin33
• Technical Disruption — Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt Twin33's platform infrastructure

7Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their Twin33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or email. Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will not be refunded.

Twin33 also reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Identity verification failed or documents submitted are suspected to be fraudulent
• Activities showing signs of money laundering
• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Requests from law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, Twin33 will impose a maintenance fee of RM10 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is closed. Users will be notified by email before this fee is applied.

8Liability Limit & Disclaimer

Twin33 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. While we strive to maintain maximum platform uptime, temporary technical disruptions may occur from time to time due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

• Twin33 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions on the user's end
• Bet outcomes confirmed by the system are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of proven technical error
• Twin33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users
• Twin33's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim

9Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Twin33 respects the privacy of all its users. Personal information collected during registration and platform use is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement. We do not sell or share users' personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

10Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Twin33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform's homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
